I just received the unit yesterday got home this morning Saturday I put gloves on, so theres no static electricity with the new computer chip plugged it all in exactly the same and the chip won't even power. Anything on none of the lights go on I installed the old one that doesn let the motor run the time runs the motor wants to run it but it starts and stops and powers everything on but when I plug in the one I just bought from you it doesn power anything up 11-27-23
