The box that this came in is large side to side, not depth, so shipping very pricey. Its just an expensive item to ship. They insisted that I try a replacement console, so swapped this one off of the machine, and put new on. I found that this console could not log in to the fit web site it logs into account via embedded application perfectly, just can't load so called Nordictrack cs and they offered send me an entire new.

The new one has same problem as this one, so is perfectly functioning it came from factory.

This console is the original that came with our treadmill. This product is in functional condition, and ready for you to swap onto your treadmill if need a replacement own console.
