This was purchased not long ago to replace a faulty controller. Was installed and worked fine. There were other issues such as the walking surface being totally worn and motor was on its way out.

So, it's basically brand new. This controller was probably powered up for five minutes at most. Ended up buying an entire new Treadmill.
