The board works fine, no issues. My loss is your gain. You'll have to calibrate the board and the treadmill after you install it, but there are instructions for that online. This is also apparently a great board for hobbyists who are looking for a motor controller.

For 155 two years ago, then had to get rid of the treadmill recently and decided to part out the treadmill for some pour soul like me who had the board go bad and didn't want to spend 150 bucks to repair their treadmill. It's similar if not a replacement for the MC2100 control board. No guarantees, but if you're looking for a cheap mc21 take a look at this board and see if it will work for you.
