Icon declined my offer to return the two parts, and finally they repaired my elliptical. This is a great deal because these parts retail at 500 each.

I have 2 brand new eddy mechanisms, in box, opened. The Icon company sent the first one to me during the process of repairing my elliptical trainer under the extended warranty, but it turned out to be the wrong part. The repair person ordered a different part but Icon mistakenly sent the same part again.
