This is a factory Icon motor controller. Called a new repairman and discovered that the main controller wire was pinched in half inside one of arms. I replaced it and treadmill still did not work. It works perfectly.

I was told by a repairman that the motor controller on my treadmill out. Includes two free belt lube. I now have two fully functional controllers and want to sell one of them.
