I removed this console from a working treadmill that seemed to be functioning fine. Display shows some wear but no scratches gouges. Digital displays worked OK. Item on board ET, see photo of board id numbers.

Includes wire harness and safety pull cord I used motor and MC 60 on a handsaw project. One mounting leg was broken and I repaired with 2 part epoxy, should be OK, see photo.
