You stand on the foot supports and plant the poles in front of you and swish from side to side.

I purchased it directly from the Skier's Edge company, and its serial number is s4 it includes the poles, a wrench tool inserted into a black foam block, and a manual, although the manual is for the s3 probably because I purchased it when the s4 first came out. I used it for a couple of years but had to give up skiing, so it has just sat in the corner of my bedroom since.

It has a few scuffs and a couple of small paint chips, but is in overall fine condition. Up for sale is this Skier's Edge system 4 all mountain master, model SE4AMM black diamond unit.
